Shipping Policies

The above map shows estimated shipping times from our LocationBasedGPS warehouse to the rest of the continental US. We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada. All packages shipped from LocationBasedGPS will be shipped via UPS Ground. Regular UPS Ground rates will be used and calculated at the time of checkout.

After checking out, you will receive a ship-notification email with a UPS tracking number. This tracking number can be used at http://www.ups.com to track your packages progress.

Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event that you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return it - keep in mind that your original shipping charges WILL NOT be refunded. Of course, if the return is due to a problem or mistake on our part, then your shipping charges will be fully refunded.

All orders take 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) to process before being shipped. In most cases, it only takes 1 day to process your order. This Processing Time is completely separate from the Shipping Time, therefore, to estimate Delivery Time, please consider the following: Processing Time + Shipping Time = Delivery Time
